Email setup for Outlook Express created by Computer Wiz.

How to setup and create your Email account using Outlook Express.

Open Outlook Express – This is the email client if you are using Windows XP.

Then click on Tools and then Accounts.

Then make sure you have selected the Mail tab and

click on the Add button situated on the right.

Then click on Next

Remember to enter your email password as required above.

Now click on Finish.

Then go back to Tools and select Accounts and click on Properties.

Now click on Connection and select as indicated below.

Click on Apply and then click on Advanced

Move the Server timeouts bar to 2 minutes and click on Apply and then OK.

Your email has now been configured and ready for use.

Test your email account by sending yourself an EMAIL.
