Username and password issues – Connecting to iBurst

Do you have iBurst and tired of connecting the old fashioned way by using the dashboard or a PPPOE dial-up connection ?
How frustrated are you connecting in this way to access the iBurst network ?
- username is wrong
- password is wrong
- lost my password details
- iBurst dashboard updated and now nothing works
- my settings have changed
- lost my dial-up shortcut that was on the desktop
- my email asks me which connection to use
- work on-line or off-line ?
- I am confused and totally frustrated to connect every time i send or rec email
- help
- please give me some advice and support.
DON’T THINK THAT YOUR NEIGHBOURS SON OR FRIEND IS THE SOLUTION TO YOUR PROBLEM
They tend to create more confusion and often enter your details incorrectly leaving you with the problem of not being able to connect to the internet and entering your email details incorrectly.
And if you believe you can solve the problem yourself then my suggestion is that you leave some of your hard earned cash one side as someone needs to be paid at the end of the day.
Many users including technicians run into many problems.
The modem supplied by iBurst is unfortunately just a modem and not a router.
Needing to share your iBirst broadband connection with other users ?
- Then introduce an entry level broadband router that has a RJ 45 WAN connector.
- Or install a more expensive router that has a wireless access point built into it.
- Once you introduce the router your days of connecting to the internet are over.
